LEI is passionate about the local church reaching out to the nearly 1 billion illiterate adults in our world. With the right resources and proper training, anyone can begin a literacy or English language ministry. LEI strives to faithfully steward all the resources that God has given us to reach this goal.
Some specific ways you can get involved:
- Support a national partner or missionary
- Join with LEI as a full or part-time worker or volunteer
- Give toward LEI’s annual budget or a specific project
- Stay informed and pray regularly for LEI
- Train as a literacy or ESL tutor
- Request a Bible-content primer in a local language
